# Why was my pending order not executed?

Most common reasons for a non-executed pending order are:
 - Insufficient funds in the account
 - The requested/pre-defined price of the order was not reached
 (for Sell orders, the bid price must reach the specified price, for Buy orders, the ask price must reach the specified price)
 - Expiry of the CFD Contract
